## Overview

Navigate to **Gyta Buyback → Settings** in your WordPress admin. Settings are organized into tabs.

## General Tab

### Mailing Address

Set your company return address. This is the **"ship to"** address on all shipping labels.

*   Company Name, Street Address, City, State, ZIP
*   Country, Phone Number

## Checkout Tab

*   **Hide Coupon Field** — Hide the coupon field at checkout (recommended for buyback stores).
*   **Require Customer Approval** — If order modifications are made, send approval email before payment.
*   **Auto Generate Packing Slip** — Automatically generate a packing slip per order.

### Variable Product Fields

Control which WooCommerce variation fields are visible when editing products. Hide fields not relevant to buyback (stock, dimensions).

## EasyPost Tab

### API Configuration

*   **API Key** — Your EasyPost API key (test or production).

### Webhooks

*   **Webhook Secret** — HMAC secret for webhook signature validation.
*   **Auto-Complete on Delivery** — Auto-mark orders completed when delivered.

### EasyPost Advanced

*   **Preferred Shipping Service** — Select your preferred carrier and service level.
*   **Skip Address Validation** — Disable EasyPost address validation.
*   **Label Format** — PNG, PDF, ZPL, or EPL2.
*   **Shipping Insurance** — Automatically add insurance to labels.

## Email Tab

Customize email content for local drop-off instructions and order completion messages.

## Batch Labels Tab

View orders needing labels, create labels in bulk, and generate scan forms for carrier pickup. See [Batch Labels](../features/batch-labels/).

Batch Labels is a PRO feature. Free users will see an upgrade prompt on this tab.
