Gyta Buyback is a WordPress plugin that extends WooCommerce with fully-featured **Buyback and Trade-in** capabilities. WooCommerce handles normal eCommerce where the customer buys from the store — Gyta Buyback reverses the process so **the store purchases products from the customer**.

## How Does It Work?

Gyta Buyback changes how WooCommerce works in three key ways:

Before installing Gyta Buyback, you need:

*   **WordPress** (self-hosted, PHP 7.4+, MySQL 5.7+, HTTPS)
*   **WooCommerce 5.0+** installed and activated
*   **EasyPost account** (optional, for shipping labels)

## Is Gyta Buyback Secure?

Absolutely. All data is stored on **your web server**. Gyta Buyback does not make "calls home" or have backdoors. The only third-party connection is EasyPost for shipping labels.
