## Common Issues

### Shipping label not generating

*   Check EasyPost API key in **Gyta Buyback → Settings → EasyPost**
*   Verify mailing address is complete in the **General** tab
*   Check WooCommerce logs at **WooCommerce → Status → Logs** (look for `gyta-buyback`)
*   Make sure the product has a weight set

### Address validation failing

*   Ensure valid US address. If issues persist, enable **"Skip Address Validation"** in EasyPost Advanced.

### Customer not receiving emails

*   Check **WooCommerce → Settings → Emails** are enabled
*   Install an SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP)
*   Check spam/junk folders

## Checking Logs

View logs at **WooCommerce → Status → Logs**, select the `gyta-buyback` source.
