Batch Labels
Create shipping labels in bulk and generate scan forms.
Batch Labels#
The Batch Labels feature lets you create shipping labels for multiple orders at once, and generate scan forms for carrier pickup.
Batch Labels is a PRO feature. Free users see an upgrade prompt on the Batch Labels tab in plugin settings.
WooCommerce Bulk Action#
From WooCommerce → Orders, select multiple orders and choose "Create Shipping Labels (Gyta)" from the bulk actions dropdown.
Batch Labels Tab#
In Gyta Buyback → Settings → Batch Labels tab:
- View all orders needing shipping labels
- Select orders and create labels in bulk
- View recent orders with labels, tracking, and carrier info
- Generate scan forms for selected shipments
Scan Forms#
A scan form lets you hand off multiple packages to the carrier with a single barcode scan instead of scanning each individually.
