What is Gyta Buyback?#
A WooCommerce plugin that reverses eCommerce flow — customers sell products to you. Handles reversed payments, label generation, order management, and notifications.
What products can I buy back?#
Any product! Commonly used for electronics (phones, tablets, laptops) but works for clothing, furniture, collectibles, auto parts, etc.
Is my data secure?#
Yes. All data is stored on your server. The only outbound connections are to services you configure yourself: EasyPost for shipping labels, PayPal and Wise for automatic payouts, and Twilio for SMS.
Technical#
Which WooCommerce version?#
WooCommerce 5.0+. Latest stable recommended.
Which PHP version?#
PHP 8.1+ (required since 1.6.1). PHP 8.3 recommended.
WordPress Multisite?#
Yes, can be activated on individual sites within a multisite network.
