Common Issues#

Shipping label not generating#

• Check EasyPost API key in Gyta Buyback → Settings → EasyPost
• Verify mailing address is complete in the General tab
• Check WooCommerce logs at WooCommerce → Status → Logs (look for gyta-buyback)
• Make sure the product has a weight set

Address validation failing#

• Ensure valid US address. If issues persist, enable "Skip Address Validation" in EasyPost Advanced.

Customer not receiving emails#

• Check WooCommerce → Settings → Emails are enabled
• Install an SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP)
• Check spam/junk folders

Checking Logs#

View logs at WooCommerce → Status → Logs, select the gyta-buyback source.
